Usage:

【Inhalation】Add 5to7 drops to the water in an electric diffuser.     You can switch on the diffuser half an hour before your bed time.

Note: Aroma burner that involve the use of fire is not recommended, for safety sake 

 

【Massage】 Add 4drops to 20 ml of 100% pure vegetable oil.  

Caution: It is possible for it to cause sensitization in some people.   When in doubt, do a patch test with diluted essential oil before using on the skin.
